I am back from Toronto. It was an eight day trip filled with good and bad. The bad was largely outnumbered by the good.
Because I am not minded to look to the bad I am just going to go through the good:
1.I made it to my favorite store in the world and actually got to buy clothing, OFF THE RACK!!!
2. Got a great combination of new toys.
3. I love to travel and I got a bunch of it.
4. Went to a great museum and enjoyed that.
5. The Canadian food is really good. The cheese is amazing. The bacon is great. The market is awesome and getting to just relax and cook is so much fun.
So now back to reality. I have to get back on the diet, get back to the exercise. I did really well last month and have set my sites on some serious goals. So the plan for the next week (now until a week from tomorrow) is stick to the 1250 on the calories, work out six days and get to a yoga class. Let’s see how I do.
