Workout and the week

Workout Stats: 40:20 minutes, 9.2 miles bike, 542.5 calories

This week will be a bit ambitious. I plan to get a big chunk of the merchandise for an upcoming event done this week. There is a bunch to do but I think it is workable. It is grocery shopping day as well tomorrow. It will be good to have fresh veggies in the house again. With any luck we will find what we are looking for.

Should be a good week.

Back from Toronto and Working out

So I flew in from Toronto yesterday afternoon. I had a good trip but my weight loss to one hell of a hit. I am going to have to work my butt of for it to do any good and get back to where I was.

Workout Stats: 41:39 minutes, 9.0 miles bike, 530.8 calories

I might try for some strength training this afternoon, we will see how I am feeling.
