Back from Toronto and Working out

So I flew in from Toronto yesterday afternoon. I had a good trip but my weight loss to one hell of a hit. I am going to have to work my butt of for it to do any good and get back to where I was.

Workout Stats: 41:39 minutes, 9.0 miles bike, 530.8 calories

I might try for some strength training this afternoon, we will see how I am feeling.
